We had a lovely experience at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort! We stayed in the Ocean Suites location which had multiple pools and a private beachfront. Our view of the ocean was so lovely to wake up to. We loved that the hotel had so many amenities and a schedule of activities for both adults and children. We had no idea about the private island until we arrived and that was a nice surprise! The room was very spacious and staff were so kind and helpful. The only things that we noticed for improvement was that the shower itself was a bit small (but the bathroom was large)- our elbows kept hitting the wall or the shower door and the towels are on the thinner side and can definitely use an upgrade. The robe provided is like a big warm hug! All in all we had a lovely experience for our babymoon and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Island Day Pass experience. This island escape exudes dreamy romance and barefoot luxury. Guests can enjoy complimentary snorkeling sets, floats, and plush towels for a carefree day by the water. The palapas and lounge chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis perfect for sun-soaked relaxation. Start my morning with their generous breakfast menu, where portions are hearty, flavors are fresh, and service is delightfully fast and sweet server. 🌴💫

We really enjoyed our stay with Renaissance Wind Creek. We stayed in the Marina building which was adults only, but had access to the other property (Ocean Suites). Both buildings had boats going to and from Renaissance’s private Flamingo Island. The Marina building was nice and had a small pool. The building was connected to a high-end mall, and a casino. We enjoyed the breakfast at the Marina building, which had a wider selection of options than the Ocean suites breakfast. The breakfast at Ocean suites was pleasant and alfresco, but there were many birds on the hunt for scraps. The pool at the ocean suites property was amazing complete with a swim up bar. At Flamingo Island, we enjoyed the two nature trails and beaches. The only complaints I have from our stay are that there didn’t seem to be enough staff to provide service either on the private island or by the pool at Marina hotel, and we had to go to the bar ourselves. The other complaint I have was there was a blackout, and though the hotel had generators running, they did not supply power to the rooms and we were left without air-conditioning in our room for several hours. Fortunately, this was fixed before going to sleep.
