Very good customer care. Willing and eager to help. Ife/Efe (not sure of spelling) was helpful and the female manager too. Well spoken and helpful. The kitchen staff were brilliant as well. Tasty meals and a beautiful indoor pool. Also very close to the airport approximately 12-15mins in a taxi. If ever in Antalya, definitely coming there.

You hotel is nice and i like the rooms and the staff(the staff is very very nice). I was 2 weeks before with an agency, premio travel. I liked the hotel, very nice but me and other people was disappointed because was 2 stray dogs outside who look very bad,very hungry and with a bad condition of skin. If you will give the rest from the breakfast and water it would be enough for them. (And for the one with a bad condition, who will have just have to give him a pill in the food- Simparica and he will be good in the time ). I don't want to think that the Turkey has only the image of a country who love animals just for tourism because in any place i went the animals were been treated very bad..I hope my next vacation at you and in Turkey I will see some change in the attitude wih animals.. If not, I will not visit this country again, a country who treated bad their own animals doesn't deserve to make money from tourism and other people from another country(also where the tourism is a main activity in this country). So, if you are an animal lover, just be carefull next time how your hotel treat the animals around the hotel. For me, is an very important thing when I choose to stay somewhere.

The first room had a strong smell of urine. The second room was anything but a five-star hotel, with street noise, a non-adjustable air conditioning system, and an uncomfortable bed. Upon our arrival, we had to unload our suitcases from the car and carry them to the room ourselves. The hotel looks good from the outside, but the service, quality, and breakfast were disastrous.
