One huge place, with lots welcoming staff. The food there was pretty tasty. Not to mention the Christmas decoration that was amazing and eye catching. Visiting there during the summer is for sure a lot better, but it's still a recommendation to visit there almost every month of the year.
Room was very spacious and clean . Breakfast is varied and tasty. Swimming pool is big . Affordable prices and variety on the menu available at the pool . Music can be loud and annoying though if you are chilling by the pool. Practical if you are visiting the naqqoura area since its on the main street can not be missed ...
Rooms neat and big, air-conditioning at summer are weak, reception in first floor and elevator not working. Wifi not working. Pool is nice and there is small pool and slides for kids. Unprofessional staff at night. There is a rude person. We wake up at Morning there us no water 🤣 to wash our faces a problem with pumping motor as they said.
