everything was perfect liked food, service good breakfasts best ski room that I've seen so far, very convenient small issue was only related to wi-fi quality and food portions in restaurant were pretty small, but food was tasty

Good place and new rooms. Too bad that they were inviting guests in unfinished hotel. No spa in Hotel (they promised to launch it every day but didn’t finish spa in a week while I have been there. Gave a Voda club 3 hours a day instead. Not bad but you need to spend extra 40 minutes to get there and back everyday). No hot water (just warm water that disappear once in the evening). Heaters are cold. Expected more for the money.

Customer service of this hotel is one of the worst in Ukraine. It took me 1 hour 15 minutes to check in as there was only one receptionist serving multiple people at the same time. Next day Reception and hotel manager said my card payment didn’t go thru and asked me to contact my foreign bank where I showed them bank statements and text message from my bank. Then again they asked me yo check with my bank or pay again. At the end after 2 full hours with them, they confused my payment with another person and did not even say We Are Sorry. After this 8 decided to check out earlier and requested a refund and they accepted. In addition, Location has no view at all and Noise of cars is annoying.
