Rivatas

We recently stayed at Hotel Rivatas in Varanasi, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The service was prompt and the staff were extremely cooperative and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Both the housekeeping and dining staff were courteous and efficient, adding to the pleasant experience. The food was delicious with generous portions, and we appreciated the variety offered during meals. While the view from our room was a slight letdown—overlooking another building with no natural sunlight—this was the only drawback in an otherwise superb stay. We would definitely recommend Hotel Rivatas to anyone visiting Varanasi who’s looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and hospitality.

I stayed here for 3 days and had an excellent experience. The staff is very courteous and always will to go that extra mile to help the guests. The room service is fast and efficient. The food is very tasty. The BF buffet menu is different every day so you don't have to have the same thing over and over. The room size is big and has a lot of space.

Wonderful Stay at Rivatas by Ideal – Totally Worth It! We recently visited Varanasi and stayed at Rivatas by Ideal, and the experience was excellent! We had booked two suite rooms, and both were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel itself is quite big and has a pleasant ambiance. All the amenities were up to the mark, and the service was great. The staff was polite, helpful, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Our package included breakfast, and we were impressed by the variety and quality of the food served every morning. Though it’s a 4-star property, it truly gives value for money. From good food to great service and comfortable rooms, everything was spot on. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a trip to Varanasi!
