Riverside Majestic Hotel Puteri Wing

I feel like a royalty while staying in this hotel. The decor look so grand! Definitely worth every penny! The TV comes with a ton of free movies to watch. Breakfast buffet is served on level 1. Maybe they can change the menu every day because I dine there for 2 days n it was the same.

Location great. River just over the road. Main town a few minutes walk. The decor of the hotel almost put me off booking as it’s really not my style but I’m glad I went ahead and stayed. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Large windows so plenty of natural light, able to be opened a little too. Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both experienced the same unpleasant odor in the room. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant odor. It was quite discomforting and made it difficult to relax or enjoy my sleeping because the odor came from the pillows. During my recent stay, I expect I won't experience the same issue but surprisingly nothing has improved. For your record, my first stay in this hotel was two years ago. This issue significantly impacted my overall experience and did not reflect the standards I expected from your establishment. It was so uncomfortable to sleeping with smelly pillow. I hope you will take this matter seriously and look into ensuring your rooms are properly cleaned, replace smelly pillow and ventilated before guests arrive. Thank you for your attention.
