Riviera Hotel & Spa

We arrived just before the lunch finishing but receptionist asked us if we want to go for some food, as only 5 minutes was left. It was so nice! But in general, we chose this hotel because food options were rated as postitive, but in reality very limited choice of food is served. It is not very bad, but when you buy all inclusive package you do not expect to be charged 100 TL for a fresh orange juice glass during the breakfast. A very big minus!! Hotel is not the newest and needs renovation. Premium alcohol needs also extra charge like in the majority of the hotels. Sunbeds are reserved even though there is a big sign saying "Don't reserve sunbeds!". Perhaps the worst experience of all inclusive package so far :( but location of the hotel is quite good. Price and quality ration is not the best.

I’ve been travelling many times but this time was worst experience about this hotel. Stuff isn’t friendly. After tips they start to smile. Not many food to choose. Often taste wasn’t good. We went out to eat something delicious. But the big thing is the hotel located almost in center. Probably only this helps to stay this hotel alive.

Loud music is playing late into the night, making it impossible for guests in the neighboring hotel—those who go to bed earlier (by that I mean around 10 p.m., not 8 p.m.)—to fall asleep. Requests to turn the volume down have had no effect. This shows a clear lack of respect for others.
