We stayed at the hotel from May 22 to May 29, 2025. The impression of the hotel is mixed... The hotel is wonderful, the territory is small, but well-groomed and cozy, a lot of greenery like in a botanical garden, I really liked that you go down a couple of steps from the pool and the sea... Excellent SPA, clean and well-groomed, the water in the pool is warm + 30-31, jacuzzi in the pool, hamam and baths are all at the level! The staff is polite and friendly, cleaning of rooms, change of linen, towels everything is wonderful, everything is updated every day, coffee, tea, chocolate, and shower accessories. The Swedish line is not bad, tasty, but does not reach 5 stars, especially in alcoholic drinks! For Crimea, 2 types of wine red and white and one type of sparkling wine, this is somehow meager, although the approaches are not limited! We were very disappointed with the room, when booking it was indicated as having a view of the mountains and the city, but in fact there is a car park below, pipes along the fence and industrial noise 24/7, you simply cannot open the balcony because of this noise, much less sit there... Why is this not indicated when booking rooms? It is very disappointing, if we had known we would have taken a room with a sea view... The mattresses in our room were sagging, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, you constantly squeeze into this hollow... I was pleased that on my birthday, there was a compliment from the hotel in the form of balloons and a dessert from the brand chef, very tasty! I would like to come again, but the impression is somewhat spoiled... Overall, we were satisfied with the holiday!
