Thanks for the great service! Hotel staff was very helpful and managed all the inconveniences: + Helped to lower the heating, so it wasn't dry hot + Talked to the neighbors, to keep silence at night + Helped me to decorate the room for a marriage proposal + Gave us a lift when we need it + Found our lost bracelet at SPA and helped to deliver it to the cabelway in time + SPA. Great choose of saunas with different temp and humidity. + Good breakfast. Even the most picky-eaters would satisfy their needs. + Great mountain view. Location is awesome. - Massage was overrated. Bali style was softer than we expected. Had to ask to focus on a specific zones. No massage oil selection. A bit overrated.

The personal was extremely professional and helpful. We had all positive answers to all questions we had. We will definitely come again. They helped us with lift tickets , restaurant reservations, spa personal went an extra mile with their effort to accommodate us with their services. The reception guys were incredible with their help. Luggage staff were helpful and gave us a ride on the golf car several times!!!!
