Highly recommend if you’re a family. My kids are 3&4… the amount of activities they have for them is insane. Pools and beach are clean at all times. The staff are amazing ! Super friendly and helpful, the buffet selection is on point when it comes to proper Turkish cuisine.. they also have international options. The rooms are massive! Super super spacious and clean. I’ve got absolutely no complain or anything bad to say But booking this hotel is the best thing you can do for yourself and your kids ! You’ll be relaxing and they’ll be at the kids club/camp Do it with your eyes closed

Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to all the stars it claims to have, and here are the main reasons why. First, the emphasis on the beach—which is supposedly the main attraction and the reason we chose this hotel—is practically nonexistent. The sunbeds are old and unattractive, and even the umbrellas seem neglected. Frankly, the beach setup is worse than what you might find at a standard beach in Bulgaria or other similar destinations. During our stay, we never saw anyone cleaning or raking the sand, not even removing simple things like cigarette butts. It felt uncared for and disappointing. In contrast, the pool area is clearly better maintained—sunbeds there have been replaced with new ones, and the space looks cleaner and more inviting. However, we didn’t use the pool much because in our hometown we already have many excellent pools, so the beach was our priority. The cocktail bar is also a letdown. Drinks are made randomly, without attention to quality or proper recipes. Only when you complain do they remake your drink, but honestly, quality cocktails should be served correctly by default. We stayed in a building that was supposedly recently renovated, according to both the hotel administration and our booking agency. Yet, the corridors were ugly, with poorly done walls and an overall unfinished feel. We weren’t even at the end of the season, so it was hard to believe they were still “finishing up.” Cleanliness was another big issue. Only after three days and multiple calls to guest relations did the cleaning improve to an acceptable level. That should never be the case—quality cleanliness must be a given, without guests having to repeatedly complain. For families with children, some basic products weren’t provided even though it was clear from our booking that we had a small child. We were told these items are only available upon request, which is disappointing because in other 5-star all-inclusive hotels in Turkey, these services are standard and automatic. If you brand yourself as a 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive hotel, these urgent service flaws must be addressed. On the positive side, a big thumbs up to the guest relations team—they were always polite, calm, and responsive. Also, the Rixy Club for kids is excellent and definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. The menu and food are quite good, though I noticed only one type of baby food jar was available (fruit flavor). Other hotels at this level typically offer a wider variety, including vegetables, meat, and several types of formula milk, none of which we saw here. The only real reason I might consider returning is because of the excellent kids’ club and the fact that we booked early, benefiting from a good discount. At full price, I would be much less enthusiastic, as I don’t feel the hotel fully justifies its cost. In summary, if you have kids and find a good discount, this hotel might be worth it. Otherwise, I’d recommend looking elsewhere as there are better options at similar prices. Rixos 10 years ago was a different experience, but now it feels like they rely more on the name than on delivering quality. This disappointment is something they really need to work on.

I do not recommend this hotel at all! Especially if you are a family, this hotel is not catering to families. Go elsewhere We stayed here for a week and the service is horrible and not what we paid for 1) the rooms are old and every time u ask for something from room service it is like ur inconveniencing them 2) although its mostly family hotel they do not have any performance shows. All the shows are just loud music. And this music usually plays all night you can hear it in ur room till 1 am. The music is played in the center of the the hotel so all the rooms facing the water end up hearing loud music in their room. When I told them I have young kids unable to sleep on the first night, they responded with “legally in turkey we can play music till 12 am”! Instead of offering to move us to a quieter area 3) the only food option is one buffet! All the alcarte restraunt are extra charge and the most ridiculous thing is we came to guest relations 3 times for help to book for at teppenyaki restaurant because we are a large group they said we need to use the app, when using the app the second reservations opened the time slot is already booked! Guest relations stated this maybe “because a guest has a special occasion” so they booked for them. This sounds like the hotel prioritize some “more important” guests over others and some people can receive bookings prior while others cannot!! Ridiculous!! I had gone to guest relations 3 times before this asking for assistance with booking at this one restaurant and every time they said only the app! Then I am surprised to find out on my last night that had we said “we have a special occasion” they would have booked for us! Just ridiculous service here! Not 5 star hotel quality for sure. Update!! I pass by the restaurant at 7:50 and guess what?? All tempenyaki table was EMPTY! The “special” guests didn’t even show up! Unfortunately the person working at guest relations was so rude that I am unsure how a 5 star hotel can have someone like this representing the hotel. Also the same person from guest service handling whats app when we contacted him to assist to cancel a booking this is how he responded “You have the cancelation link in your e-Mail Could you please click on that link ?!” Just completely unprofessional and rude! They don’t want to go out of their way to even assist a guest with a simple task. The one positive is the kids club activities are excellent but this is not enough to make me recommend he hotel I stayed at rixos in Egypt and was considerable better but based on this experience I may never choose rixos again
