Great service provided by hotel staff. Check-in was easy. Hotel room is clean & affordable. Toilet is japanese style. Location is good, just opposite Taipei Main Station. 😍😍
We decided to go for the premier room and it was so spacious and comfortable. I love the hospitality of this hotel and how it catered so warmly to young children. There is a constant provision of free snacks and even hot light bites catering in the afternoon. The service staff were always so friendly and helpful. There's an underground access directly at the hotel which made it very convenient to get to the station, especially when it's raining. Highly recommend.
The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you might need — shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are decent: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. However, the service from the staff was disappointing across the board. From check-in to check-out, the attitude and professionalism were lacking.
