Romance Alexandria Hotel

I’m currently staying at Romance Hotel in Alexandria, and I’m honestly very impressed. Although it’s a four-star hotel, the level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality truly feels five-star. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast is delicious with a great variety, and everything has exceeded my expectations. I really hope they maintain this high standard, and I wish them all the best. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I have visited this place about 5 times throughout 2 years. I have positive and negative points will clarify down here. Positive points: Excellent position and view Nice stuff Diversity and excellent breakfast items Negative points: Too small rooms The carpet in the hole hotel is getting dirty and consumed. The eating stuff is not clean as it should be. The disco floor is too loud specially for the rooms in floor 11. Finally the recent added jasmine scent is very concentrated and annoying to me rather than using neutral scent.

The reason that they got that rating is because they forced thier client to make a review. I was sitting waiting for my Uber after checking out, and I was very upset about so many things 1. The disco is very loud and has views that are unfriendly for a family 2. The food is very bad 3. The card doesn't work. I was locked in the elevator, and sometimes I can't get to my room 4. The room is too small 5. The staff treatment is rude The receptionist asked me how was my stay in the hotel. I told her all of the above she said they would consider it, and then she told me to write a review on a website for hotels and made me write a review. I was writing my honest review, but she told me not to write it she said theywould consider it
