Romance Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Romance Hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A special highlight was the lovely surprise on one of our birthdays. During breakfast, the staff presented a birthday card and sang to us. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that made the day feel extra special. We highly recommend Romance Hotel to anyone looking for warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

Hotel has great staff. We were able to borrow umbrellas from the reception. Location of the hotel is superb with 3 minutes walk to the walking streets and 7 minutes walk the riverside park. Breakfast hall has a great view of the city and the buffet is decent for the price. Hope hotel can improve water pressure on the 9th floor.

This hotel was was fantastic. We hadn’t planned in advance so were scrambling when we realized it was a big Vietnamese holiday and everything was full. Tram and her team went out of the way to get us in and make sure we were comfortable. Her customer service was fantastic (as was the whole staff - Diem particularly). Beds were super comfortable, breakfast was great, pool was awesome and clean. Highly recommend.
