We haven't been sleeping in the hotel but went to the bar to eat and the food was delicious! Also, hot chocolate I had was a lot better than in the UK. Hotel looks splendid! Would love to stay in as a guest! Really something to see and experience! Lovely staff as well!
Amazing pool/sauna area! Our room was large and clean, and the food each day was delicious. The service team was polite and helpful. A lovely experience.
The hotel is located on a great location, rooms are clean and spacious. We had a reservation for eight days. On the fourth day we had to depart early for a family emergency and the hotel charges us for the remaining stay at 90% according to their terms of sale. When we called a couple of hours later to see if it was possible to finish our vacation we we're told that the hotel was booked and if we wanted to stay there we had to make a new booking and pay full price because the bill was already made. I completely understand that the hotel needs to make a profit but a little leniecy would be appreciatie. After all we payed €1800 of which €1000 for days we did not use the hotel room. The room was also booked again during these days by other guests so they made a double profit. To sum up, a nice hotel, good location, good food, clean rooms but in terms of custom service it has a long way to go.
