One of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are perfectly clean and furnished. The water is well maintained with pressure. The rooms have microwave oven for your convenience. The breakfast is to the standard. Only issue is they run out of shower gel from time to time. This need to improve.

Lovely big rooms, bathrooms can differ between large and compact. Great views of the city. Service is outstanding, consistently. Restaurant has a diverse menu, and the food is superb. Been staying here occasionally for a few months now and the experience is consistently great. Good parking facilities too.

I never used the hotel’s facilities, but went to its restaurant for dinner with family two days ago. Despite the perfect location and excellent view atop Gaborone’s bustling city streets in the horizon, the service inside the restaurant was disappointingly unsatisfactory and unacceptable. The waiter who served generally appeared to be untrained, sloppy, and even lacked courtesy e.g.not apologising after bringing wrong order, or at one time serving a cold cappuccino! The service was so bad that we felt compelled not to tip the waiter because of several instances of sloppiness. Certainly, I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know, lest they also experience bad customer service ☹️🙆🏾
