The hotel is… meh. The location is alright in terms of the fact that it’s in a strategic location to get to other places in Jeddah. But the streets surround the hotel are empty and some parts are just wasteland and building sites. Go a few streets over and it’s okay. The lobby area is nice as is the restaurant. The rooms are nice enough but as with a lot of four star hotels in Saudi, there are things which are rough around the edges such as the towel rack wall plug falling out the wall and the shower being low pressure and a bad shower head. The pool on roof top is tiny, the loungers are cheap plastic and the area is very dusty/rusty/somewhat dirty. The WiFi drops out now and again and is very slow. The parking underneath is okay but limited. The staff are nice enough but I didn’t get the vibe from them that they were at my service. It was more an attitude of “ask us and we’ll see.” Honestly it was alright but I will find a different hotel next time
