We’ve had positive experiences with this hotel in the past, including overnight stays and visits to the spa. This time, we chose to celebrate our twins’ Bat Mitzvah here, and it was a wonderful decision. The manager was very responsive, answering our many emails and doing his best to accommodate all our needs. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. We had about 50 guests and some outside entertainment, the hotel staff provided us with all we needed to made our event successful.
Personally, the experience has been a little mixed. The night service staff is not very hospitable, refused to help with basic amenities such as drinking water. The day staff however was helpful, acknowledged our requests for late checkouts and also was warm throughout our stay- offering us viable solutions when we talked about our grievances. (Nissim-Reception manager, Maya) were especially great. Breakfast spread had decent variety as well. Location- a little far from the from tel aviv beach
Terrible experience. Turns out this hotel overcharged me 200 bucks in VAT even though they are not supposed to do that since I don't live in Israel. Still no response to my email inquiry. They did not respond to my email asking for confirmation that someone will be at the front desk as my flight was arriving really late at night on Friday night (which is an issue in Israel). They were not available on Whatsapp. The rooftop pool was dirty, it had plastic cups and other debris inside. The guy pressure-washing the pool area was just spreading dirt from place to place. The faucets in the room were leaking and the shower head was unstable. There was mold all over the old caulking in the bathtub. Carpets are really old. Overall, I did not find the room to be too sanitary. Yes - they are the only "hotel" hotel in Ramat Gan, but for the price I paid and the quality of the place its better to just stay in Tel Aviv and cab or bus it into Ramat Gan.
