Royal Garden Palace

This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Djerba. Unlike other hotels whose 4 or 5-star rating may be questionable, this one leaves no doubts: it truly is a 5-star. Clean and tidy rooms, with housekeeping working very well every single day. With the all-inclusive option, guests can eat and drink at any time of the day since there is always a place serving food, even throughout the night when the buffet remains open. The cocktails at the bar are very varied, although the drinks are not from well-known brands and the quality is not the best. The Tunisian beer Celtia, however, is excellent! Huge pool with very warm water in summer. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the room, with dreamlike water and, despite the camels constantly present, the sand is always clean. The beach bar should serve cocktails, but it doesn’t. Some staff members are inexperienced, but I realized this is due to a lack of workers, especially during peak season. A highly luxurious hotel, although it already shows signs of age: some renovations are needed. Some people complained about their experience in Djerba, and after my trip, I understood that it really depends on the hotel we choose. If I return, this hotel will be my choice again.

The pool is large and well-maintained, ideal for relaxing and having fun, while the private beach is convenient and spotless, perfect for enjoying the sea. The staff is very attentive, polite, and helpful, always ready to meet any need. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and quality vacation in Djerba!

The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options throughout the day. Rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated, with daily housekeeping ensuring consistently high standards. The large swimming pool was well-maintained and provided ample space for relaxation or activity. Entertainment and activities were well-organized, with enthusiastic and skilled animators. The beach was beautiful – clean, well-kept, and easily accessible. Surrounding the hotel was a stunning, lush garden that added to the relaxing atmosphere of the property.
