Amazing hotel that is kids friendly. Beautiful scenic views.. we took one of the apartments and it was so convenient that it had its own parking spot. The apartment is spacious for a family with a full functional kitchen making it easy to prep meals for the little ones. Walking around the property is relaxing. Only thing is the pool water is too cold but I think it works for hotter months. We spent our vacation in June.

Very fancy and well maintained hotel. The staff is very kind and cleaning service is amazing. Of course, you pay for it. The pools are nice. One thing I found excessive is that they charge you for everything, and not little. I thought it was enough for paying an expensive room and an expensive-ish dinner in the hotel buffet. The food was very nice and varied, however they even charge you for the water you drink during dinner (even if I asked for water from the tap). I would not recommend the pub. Bowling is a bit expensive as well (15€pp for one game). The clothing store I found very nice! It was my first spa, I think it was nice. It is 27€pp The climatized pool I found out had the same effect for me and was free!

This hotel feels more like a theme park or mall than a relaxing five-star resort. While we didn’t enjoy the impersonal interior design, we appreciated the spacious bathrooms, gardens, and the proximity to the beach and surf shop. The spa and its staff were excellent and the only true escape from constant noise. Unfortunately, noise was a major issue: we heard traffic and other guests from our room, and mealtimes were chaotic with loud children and frantic staff. The large dining space lacked sound insulation, and during the holidays, both the buffet and reception felt understaffed and overwhelmed. Communication and pricing transparency need improvement. We were repeatedly billed for water without clear pricing, and it took days to find someone willing to serve tap water. Parking is also quite expensive. On the plus side, the buffet food was excellent, especially the fresh fish and salads. Housekeeping was inconsistent; we found stained sheets and a dead bug on a lamp. With better sound insulation, clearer communication, more staff, and quieter dining options, this hotel could truly become the relaxing oasis it aims to be.
