Beautiful resort with nice beach views and beach access. Spacious rooms, great quality food. Customer handling service needs improvement. Stayed there for 6 nights, experience was wonderful but telephone in the room was not working and I needed to go to reception every time to get things done. Laundry was missing for 48 hours and finally I managed to get my laundry back.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable Iftar experience, I highly recommend Royal L'azure Resort. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was equally incredible. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Chef Nesim , who went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. His hospitality and professionalism added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable.

My experience with this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. There is a clear inconsistency in the pricing among the staff, with no transparency or unified information. It’s also very difficult to reach the hotel by phone — calls are either not answered or always appear to be busy. Additionally, entry to the hotel is only allowed with that costs 250, which is not clearly explained in advance. Some staff members were also unprofessional and treated me poorly. I do not recommend staying here unless the service and guest treatment improve significantly.
