The resort is very beautiful, peaceful, and spotless. Rooms are big and clean. The staff is kind and welcoming. Our room had a stunning view, and the bed was super comfy. I really loved the pool area, daily breakfast buffet, and the beach access. Can’t wait to come back! The only things that they should work on is that I was surprised there was no phone in the room. You have to communicate with staff trough whats upp messages on the resort contact number. Room service could also be improved — it was a bit slow and second time I ordered breakfast at early morning, they told me I can go to restaurant to eat. In restaurant you have only one soft drink per person, additional you need to pay. I wanted orange juice and pepsi, they just brought pepsi. Small things, but worth addressing to enhance the overall experience.

As one of the few accommodation choices available in the city, this resort does hold a certain appeal in terms of convenience. However, I believe there are areas where improvement would enhance the overall guest experience. While the staff were courteous and the location served its purpose, I felt the value for money could be reconsidered, especially in light of the standards expected from such a property. Cleanliness, in particular, did not quite meet expectations during my stay, and certain facilities could benefit from closer attention. This review is shared in the spirit of constructive feedback, with the hope that the management continues to refine its services. With some adjustments, the resort has the potential to offer a more memorable and comfortable experience for future guests.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and serious concerns regarding the poor communication and service I have experienced during my stay at L’azur Resort in Neom Bay City. To begin with, there is no telephone installed in my room, which forces me to rely on WhatsApp messaging to contact the reception. Unfortunately, despite following this method as instructed, my messages often go unanswered. This was the case yesterday when I received a food delivery that was dropped at the reception. I contacted the reception, and they promised to send it “as soon as possible,” yet it took over 15 minutes to arrive at my room. By the time I received it, the food was completely cold. During that time, I noticed several golf carts passing near my room, yet none delivered the package promptly. Furthermore, this morning I woke up extremely thirsty, only to find that no water had been provided in the room the previous day. I attempted to call the reception multiple times — the line was either busy or ringing with no answer. I tried no less than four times. After that, I sent multiple messages via WhatsApp — again, no reply. After 20 minutes, someone finally responded and agreed to send me water. I specifically requested a large bottle of water from room service, for which I was willing to pay. However, I was brought only four small bottles — not what I had asked for. These issues are more than mere inconveniences; they represent a serious failure in basic hospitality and guest safety standards. It is extremely concerning that, in the event of an emergency — such as a medical issue or fire — there is no direct or reliable way to reach the hotel reception quickly. As a guest, I genuinely fear for my safety under these circumstances. If I were to suffer from a heart attack or if a fire broke out in my room, I have no confidence that I would receive any timely help. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a resort that is positioned as a five-star destination. A reliable and responsive communication system is a fundamental requirement for any hotel, and even more so for a luxury resort. I strongly urge the management to address this issue as a matter of urgency by: 1. Installing phones in guest rooms with direct access to reception and emergency services. 2. Ensuring that WhatsApp or any alternative communication method is monitored actively 24/7 by responsible staff. 3. Reviewing staff response protocols to ensure timely assistance, especially in urgent situations. I hope my concerns will be taken seriously and acted upon immediately. I chose this resort for comfort and safety — and I currently feel neither.
