Nice pool and there is rooftop bar with beautiful sightseeing. Staff are friendly. One thing need to improve is cleaning service. We came at 1.50pm to check in but it takes 30 mins to receive our room. Anyway, one plus point is staff upgraded for us from deluxe to suite room with sea view. Very nice!
Nice for a one night stay if you can't stay on a boat. We stayed here for one night an went to Ha Long Bax. There's not much more than restaurants, supermarkets and casinos around the corner. Rooms are very clean and nice. Spacious bed and bathroom. Breakfast was ok too (egg variations, cold and warm food, only the fruits could have been more).
Stayed one night before going back to Hanoi. Big clean and nice room with amazing views and nice spa attached. Hotel guests get discount at the spa. It also has a nice quiet sky bar, good for chilling out in the quiet town.
