Spent 3 nights here and I have to say it was amazing. Not only does the hotel look fancy, but it´s really worth a stay. Great, friendly and very helpfull staff trying to do everything to get you spoiled, luxury accommodation in art deco style, everything super clean and not to forget the food, just amazing. Even in these times of coronavirus felt absolutely safe there. Thank you Royal Palace for great job!
Dissapointed. Overpriced, meal plan had small portions and pancakes for desert at dinner! Aqua park had limited options for thermal baths, no saunas. In my opinion not a good value for money. On a positive side, nice staff and very clean premises. Unfortunately, will not be visiting again soon.
