The staff are INCREDIBLE. They are helpful, attentive and so so kind. When my son fell ill, they went out of their way to assist by sending their staff with us to the local hospital. She helped translate and stayed with us the whole time. She assisted buying medicines and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you Suong and all staff! The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite small but functional. It’s located an easy 10-12min walk from the Old Town and even closer to other shops like tailors, hair/nail salons, massage parlours, restaurants. Highly recommend.
