DJ Efe and Havva were absolutely incredible! From the moment they started, they brought such amazing energy to the event and kept the vibe alive all night. Their music selection was perfect—every track they played made us want to dance, sing along, and just enjoy the moment. They knew exactly how to read the crowd and kept us feeling happy, excited, and full of energy from start to finish. Thanks to them, the atmosphere was unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better duo to keep the party going. Thank you, DJ Efe and Havva, for making it such a fun and memorable experience!
Stayed 7 nights (11–18 July) from the UK. Nearly cancelled due to bad reviews — some seemed exaggerated, though 8 out of 11 of us had sickness/diarrhea at the end and still now once we’re home, likely from hotel food, pool water, or hygiene. Seen a recent review with photo of cockroaches in a room too, I had seen what I thought was one outside but thankfully not in our room 😳 ROOMS: Room 1236 (floor 2) had mouldy grout, loose drain, sewage smell, and once brown tap water but was generally clean, modern and spacious. Family on floor 5 (2502/2504) had smaller but similar rooms, bathrooms slightly nicer with black tile grouting. A/C poor in all rooms(26–27°C). Canvas art above beds fell off in 2 rooms, need better attachments. Good amenities (robes, slippers, prayer mat, etc). Sea views nice. Mini bars empty — not 5* standard. Room cleaning was fine, offered every day. CLEANLINESS: Crumbs under beds, always dirty plates at bottom snack bar, unclean glasses. Restaurant tables wiped with same cloth, no antibacterial spray. Pools seemed clean enough. FOOD: Lots of options but often bland. Ice cream limited to 2–3pm in patisserie. Fried eggs undercooked, bread hit & miss. Pizza, fries (top snack bar), and waffles were great. Drinks were good. Desserts mixed but some were excellent (baklava, choc mousse in bowls and the ones in mound shape really nice) GENERAL: Daughter scratched by stray cat — hotel doctor unbothered, yet on return to the UK, hospital advised she needs 4x rabies jabs. I’m shocked he was not concerned about that even after I specifically asked. He just gave antibiotics and paracetamol? Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi good, spa massage great. Location ok but little to do nearby. People complaining about wind and pools being cold. Wind was only in the early morning and evening, was still boiling. Felt nice on an evening. The pool water slightly cold at first when getting in but once you’re in you feel warm and it’s absolutely fine in there for hours even for little kids. IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED: • Fill mini bars • Fix air con • Improve general hygiene • Add more baby changing units near pools • Extend slide hours • Monitor pool music (inappropriate sexual lyrics played in English) • Provide indoor/outdoor hotel map as wasn’t told where anything was or what was available to do and at what times, better lighting on pathways, label which floors are for what inside all lifts as it’s confusing (such as Floor G - Pools, Floor B1 - restaurant, Floor 3 - Reception, Women’s Spa etc, then also the room number ranges for each floor) • Consistent slide rules (10yr old allowed on the massive yellow/blue triple slide & blue tube slide but next day told too young) • Add more ice cream options, water fridges, and the inflatable in the pool for general fun use not just competitions • Enforce dress code all over and phone rules in women’s area • Tell guest how to do activities like archery/climbing, I asked Guest Relations but they were unsure. I couldn’t find any information. TIPS: • Get sea view on floor 2 • Take swim shoes for beaches • Use small blue minibus out front to go to marina/Seferihisar town centre (25lira per person each way) • Go to a hospital for any health concerns Rating: 6.5–7/10. Hotel was ok but needs to do a bit more to fully meet 5* standards
We stayed at Royal Teos Thermal Clinic starting July 21st as a family of 5, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. We paid a lot of money expecting a relaxing 5-star experience, but instead, we got a poorly maintained hotel with bad service and uncomfortable rooms. We were assigned 2 rooms, but three of us had to share one room on a bunk bed, despite being adults. That’s just not acceptable in any luxury hotel. The rooms smelled musty, had visible mold, and were falling apart. There was even a used washcloth left in the shower when we arrived, which was very unhygienic. After many complaints, we were moved to the “village” rooms, but they weren’t much better. One room had a broken air conditioner and TV. Today, the entire hotel has no water and no electricity, which is completely unacceptable. The food was bland and repetitive. On top of that, there is no air conditioning in the restaurant, so eating was uncomfortable due to the heat. The cutlery was stained and dirty. The hotel is clearly understaffed everywhere reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and even the shuttle service in the village area. The shuttle cart hardly ever shows up, so you often have to walk uphill in the heat, which is exhausting. At the women’s pool, the water was not clean, and one of the staff members in a yellow uniform was not very friendly. Housekeeping came very rarely and only brought towels without properly cleaning the rooms. Overall, the maintenance is very poor, the service is slow and unhelpful, and the entire experience fell far below what we expected from a 5-star hotel. We’re seriously considering checking out early because it’s hard to enjoy your stay under these conditions. If you’re thinking about booking here, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the price or the hype.
