Royalton CHIC Antigua An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort Adults Only

I can’t say enough how awesome this place was, the staff was incredibly attentive, our butler Maxwell went above and beyond on every step. Facility looks brand new, decoration on point, every detail was made with class. Beach was a wow, tranquil and clear. Weather was AMAZING in the middle of summer, hot during the day but amazingly breeze at night. Shows at night were entertaining. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, gorgeous views. Amazing service. Food can improve but I’m sure everyone will have their opinion but in general GREAT GREAT PLACE!

The Royalton chick Antigua the very nice resort. The beaches are beautiful plenty of pools and plenty of bars. The room is nice. The air condition is great but I don’t think the resort was able to handle 350 people at one time the day before we left The food truck outside ran out of food at the buffet as well as plates and bowls. Some Gas were not able to get beach towels until after 1 o’clock. The bar, specially where people are not diamond club members. It was like a vulture, trying to get a drink. It was very unorganized. The staff did the best they could, and they were all nice. They cannot keep up with the people in in the demand.

The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable. The food was good at Haven Grill, Food truck, Vespa, Hunter Steakhouse, and the breakfast order in menu at the Olympus which is a diamond club restaurant which most of these are. The buffet food was cold, and a big variety, and was not tasty. We did learn that you can ask the server to ask the cook for extra seasoning on the food which I would suggest. The butler service that comes with the diamond club option is good depending on who you have. I had Zen who was amazing very attentive and detailed oriented but his relief for our say Rae-Hannah was awful only hear from her in the morning when she text good morning and in the evening when she was leaving for the day. Also the Diamond club bar closes at 7pm which I thought was stupid being that with diamond you get top shelf liquor and the other bars don't carry the top shelf liquor except for Taboo which had the top shelf liquor you just had to ask for it. Also there is a designated pool for diamond club members but there is no entertainment at it at all, which I thought was odd. But overall the resort is very beautiful and the beach is amazing.
