Royalton Splash Punta Cana An Autograph Collection All Inclusive Resort & Casino

We stayed at the Royalton Punta Cana for two weeks at the end of June and had the most special time. We upgraded to diamond club which included butler service on a different side of the resort. If I could write this whole review on our butler I would! His name was Romeo and we couldn’t thank him enough for everything he did. Every evening he would book us a restaurant. He made sure my birthday was so special with a cake and room decorations. He also arranged our transportation to the souvenir shop whenever we needed. Always replied to messages fast and would greet us with smile and hugs! He was absolutely amazing and really made our holiday. Thank you Romeo!! All inclusive buffet had a variety of options everyday and the staff in there were amazing. Only down side would be the house keeping, where the ladies were very kind but our room would regularly be cleaned at 6/7 pm which is a little late!! Overall great holiday amazing hotel and great staff.

Writing this review before leaving the hotel! Spent just a week here and wish we were staying longer! Firstly, our Butler Johnny went above and beyond during our visit making sure we have everything we needed! Including booking us into restaurants. Very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure I had the best birthday celebration 🎉 Thank you Johnny! The location of this hotel is superb you have everything you need in one location! Lovely beach and pool area, we upgraded to the diamond club and it did not disappoint! The room was clean, and cleaned daily no complaints here at all! Pool service to on the beach service was great too! Yes tipping is a culture here but the service you receive makes it worth it! If you’re a Brit bring dollars for the tips. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed in this hotel and booked a diamond room. The staff at the diamond club area were very nice and attentive. The staff that picked our luggage was so friendly and nice. Our Butler, Nelson, was fantastic. He made sure we always had what we needed and made the reservations for the restaurants we wanted to try. He always kept in communication with us and checked on us everyday to make sure that we always had what we needed. The day that we checked out, he arranged for staff to be at our door on time to pick up our luggage. We received a fantastic service from him and were very satisfied with him. Overall, the grounds were very nice. Everything looked beautiful and clean.
