Ruspina Hotel and Spa

Tragic experience, the building it self had a beautiful style however, there are many cons of being here: - AC doesn't not work or barely works and you can imagine how hot it gets in the bungalows with 40C, - The reception was crazy rude, told us to pay up if we wanted more water (one bottle of water for 3people) - We had to pay the service guys that go around and clean/gives water bottles to give us more. - Room were a crazy mess, they were not ready or cleaned for our arrival, adding to that there was no AC. - Food that we have been given was horrendous, all the veggies and fruits crazy dry. The biggest plus to this nightmare was that the location of the hotel was super close to the beach.

Rude staff, especially reception. Bad food, bad rooms, drinks in small plastic cups. When arrived the room was dirty, and had to wait for cleaning about 2h. I got maybe 4bottles of water through the 7days while all inclusive. When asked for water in reception told me to buy it 'xD'. In my opinion the only good things there was the sea and alcohol. Edit: Forgot to add that after stay there was missing £50 and 50€... Photo show how did the room look like when I arrived.

Terrible stay, had to cancel my holiday and check out the following day as it added to my stress. Forgot to mention AC was not working, and before we paid them, saw two more customers complaining at the reception desk, that should have been a sign for me not to proceed.
