Rustique Boutique Hotel

Did visit on 5 January. Was dissapoinnted. Tables and chairs dirty lots of flies and the play area full of cigarette butts and other rubbish. Food was nice service a bit slow but attention is needed for neatness of the place.

We visited this boutique hotel for a day and were truly impressed by the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted us with big smiles, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a boutique hotel—romantic, peaceful, and charming. The dam outside adds to the serene atmosphere, with ducks, donkeys, and zebras creating a picturesque backdrop. While the dam water could be cleaner (understandable given the presence of ducks), the setting is still beautiful. We were a bit disappointed that the water features weren’t operational during our visit, as they would have added to the charm. Though we didn’t dine at the restaurant, the menu looked fantastic, offering a variety of dishes, from burgers and pizzas to steaks and seafood. It’s definitely tempting enough to plan a return visit just to try the food. The play area for kids looks fantastic and is a great addition to the property. However, it seems more suitable for older children, so parents with toddlers might need to supervise closely or find alternative entertainment. Overall, this place is a gem for a romantic or quiet getaway. While I haven’t stayed overnight, I’d recommend it to family and friends for the inviting atmosphere and scenic surroundings. Looking forward to coming back!

We always recommended and used the hotel but unfortunately the noise levels with our last stay were unacceptable with a party venue and loud music close to the accommodation . Making impossible to rest. Hotel management did not discuss that there will be a party otherwise we would have stayed in alternative accommodation. Phoned a number of times to report the noise levels…. No answer. Unacceptable.
