Saem Siemreap Hotel

We stayed here for two nights. They had very less guests and we felt pampered. Nice pool, good gym for your workout including treadmill, stair master and weights. The service in the restaurant was amazing. Special shout-out to Chongvin who took care of us at the restaurant for the two days. The rooms were very spacious with balcony. We got a family room for 5 with two bedrooms and two bath. The AC was amazing in the heat and each room had refrigerators. This was also close to city center. Highly recommend this place - especially in low season when it is very inexpensive.

We stayed at the Seam for 4 nights and only Etsy we could have stayed longer. The rooms a very comfortable and the service and staff are so kind and considerate. The pool is a delight after a hot day at the temples. Restaurant food is so good and the breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had with a great selection and good bread, coffee and egg station. It was so good to have cheese included in the breakfast. We will be re booking on our next vist. Thank you

Lovely Stay at Hotel Seam, But a Billing Issue Dented the Experience We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Seam in Siem Reap. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and the service overall was excellent. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the clean and well-maintained pool, and the food at the hotel was consistently delicious. However, we did encounter a frustrating issue with the billing. We were charged once during the online booking process, and then again when we arrived at the property. Unfortunately, we couldn’t access our original booking receipt because the email site wouldn’t load due to country network restrictions, so we were unable to prove the duplicate payment on the spot. It was disappointing to end an otherwise wonderful stay on a note of confusion and extra expense. If you’re booking this hotel, we highly recommend saving a screenshot or a PDF of your booking confirmation in advance, just in case. That said, Hotel Seam really does offer a great experience in terms of comfort, food, and service—just be careful to double-check your payment records.
