Safestay Bratislava Presidential Palace

The hostel has a great location and a lively vibe, with a nice ambience and common area to hang out. However, the service could be better—staff aren't very friendly, and basics like toilet paper aren't regularly refilled. Still, it's a decent spot if you're prioritizing atmosphere over amenities.

The location is great but a little bit hiden behind a big gardens door. The hostel is okay but if i know the waiting line to check in what was more than a hour i would go somewhere else. Also the same for lockers and services. All the people who are working hire are just doing there job nothing else. Its a hostel but not the dream hostel how they describe. Beds and the room and other things were just fine. Been to so many hostels that i would skip this one next time...

My standards are pretty low to begin with, but this place was over the top gross. The three showers I had access to were clogged so I had to close the water so the water did not spill over every time I showered thank you. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting. Most utensils had food remnants. The fridge was full off old food. The pots had dried cracked on food. The sponges were growing mold. The beds were squeaky. They need more outlets in the rooms. The only good thing about this place is the location and the fact they have a cat.
