Nice hotel and good value for money. The beach is nice and not busy. The pools are well maintained and there are few service points and bars. The staff are very customer oriented and they genuinly try to make you feel welcomed. The only thing that I would say to keep this review honest is that the design of the hotel make is hard for older guest and guests with a disability to go up and down (even with the provided free elevator), So if you have a disability or mind steps it wouldn't be the best experience. The food was great and the all inclusive experience is awesome you'd pay double that in Turkey for the same level of service. It will be my first choice coming back to Sharm.

Thank you very much for everything. It is a very wonderful hotel, from the quality of the service provided. I feel as if I am in my home. The quality of the food is wonderful and they provide you with everything you wish for. The seafood is wonderful and there is a variety of seafood with excellent service. I would also like to thank the bars and restaurants for the wonderful hospitality they provide and the beautiful smile. We wait every day to go to the restaurant or bar to receive the distinguished service from them and for their beautiful welcome to us

We stayed at Safir for two days on all inclusive package. The air conditioner in the room was not enough. The food overall was nice, there was a wide range of variety. Though ı cannot say the same thing for beverages. They were really bad, from coffee to juices. There is only one operating funicular from the main entrance to the beach but it is small and works very slow. Unless you want to walk downstairs under the hot weather, it generally takes minimum ten minutes. The personnel working at the restaurant were nice and helpful. At the beach there was a plastic jeffy and it was slippery, i did not find it safe and obviously is not suitable for such a hotel. During the main courses at the restaurant, the items were started to taken back before due time. Its a five star hotel, but personally we think it has a way to go on improving itself.
