Recently stayed at this resort Nice rooms with amazing view....good service & food was very tasty location is also OK only problem is hot water availability sometimes & to drive car away from resort because its bit Difficult because of sharp slope at the entrance of resort....
Our stay here was amazing. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They also allowed early check-in when rooms were available. However, we were disappointed with the food, as the taste was not good.
We booked an Super Delux AC room with a balcony at Saga Resort Mahabaleshwar for ₹7000 per night expecting a premium experience, but the reality was far from it. The room lacked comfort – the AC made loud noise throughout the night, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and overall room upkeep was poor. The food was below average, with limited taste and very basic quality. For the price charged, we expected at least decent meals – sadly, that wasn’t the case. Parking is another major issue. The resort is situated on a very steep incline, which makes it extremely difficult to bring your car up. Definitely not ideal for family travelers or those with sedans/hatchbacks. Room service was slow and unresponsive, and overall staff behavior lacked professionalism. This was not the kind of experience we expected after spending ₹20,000 for our trip. I would strongly recommend exploring better options nearby that offer more value for money and better service.
