I stayed in this hotel in the summer of 2019. It was very comfortable, the food was good and the staff friendly. The woman at the travel office especially went above and beyond (even staying past her working hours) to find us flights home when the online booking agency we had gone through messed up our booking the day before our return.
Popular hotel in Ulan-Ude. We used it as short overnight stays before going to the Baikal. Both outside and inside of the hotel look torn and worn at a first glance but it's clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. We received breakfast as take away because of early departure. We would return if in the region again.
Located about 500 meters southeast of Ulan-Ude train station and 500 meters northeast of Ploshchad Sovetov, this is a multi-storey hotel with more than a dozen floors of guest rooms, with carpeted floor, clean toilet and comfortable feeling.
