Sago Palm Hotel

The hospitality you get at sago palm is unmatched. Everyone genuinely works to make your stay more comfortable. My wife especially loved Mr Raymond who manages their restaurant. He was warm, kind and always remembered her breakfast order. This is a lovely boutique hotel. If you prioritize customer service, you’d love this hotel. The rooms are also spacious and nice

This hotel is gem in the city of Ochio Rios. The premise is immaculate. My suite was super clean and comfortable, felt like home. The staff were amazing. Christopher Brown at the front desk, checked us in with a soothing hospitality. The complimentary breakfast, was best in class. Our server Raymond Campbell provided service with a smile, my husband and I looked forward to seeing him downstairs in the restaurant in the morning. If you are looking for a CLEAN prestigious hotel, which offers value for your money Sago Palm is a great choice.

This hotel could easily be overlooked but should not be. It is on the smaller scale but is big when it comes to hospitality and charm. It is clean, comfortable and the breakfast they offer daily is delicious. That being said, the staff is what definitely shines the most at this hotel. From the security, reception, house cleaning staff to the two older gentleman who work in the restaurant. I am big on customer service and everyone we came in contact with there was pleasant, kind and helpful. Big thank you to the manager who was wonderful in ensuring we got a great room for our anniversary vacation. This is our second time staying at Sago Palm and I cant wait until the next time.
