Sagredo Boutique Hotel & SPA

We had a fantastic week at Sagredo Boutique Hotel! If you're looking to escape the typical crowded all-inclusive resorts and want a peaceful, stylish place to unwind, this is the perfect choice. The hotel is beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings and great attention to detail. We loved our room, tastefully decorated with a stunning sea view. The beach bars are lovely, and the hotel’s private beach area is a real bonus. There’s a great outdoor sports area if you feel like staying active, and a spa if you’d rather relax. Exploring the island by car was a great decision, it gave us a total freedom to discover hidden spots and beaches, highly recommended! The hotel staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A sweet bonus: the hedgehogs and baby cats wandering around the hotel grounds, absolutely adorable! 🦔🐱🐾

Everything about this place was amazing. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the beach, restaurants, breakfast just great. For me the #1 highlight was their outdoor gym - it’s amazingly equipped for a perfect workout despite the size which is small. It was one of the best hotel gyms, and being outside with the view of the ocean was cherry on top. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews here, everything went great and as expected for a 4 star hotel - at times even higher. The only issue was the spa which I noticed also in the reviews; it’s paid and you need to let them know in advance so they can turn on the sauna.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and spoke with the receptionist, Maria, to ask about the earliest possible check-in time. While we fully understand that the official check-in time is 3 PM, we were simply trying to get an idea of the room status — whether the previous guest had checked out, if cleaning was in progress, or if the room was still occupied — so we could plan our day accordingly. However, Maria repeatedly stated that she could not share any of this information. This lack of transparency and communication felt completely out of line with a guest-oriented service approach and was a disappointing way to begin our stay. Overall, a great product with good food, excellent service, and a beautiful setting. The sea was calm and perfect for swimming — a true highlight of the stay. Breakfast could offer a bit more variety, but what was available was fresh and well-prepared. Aris at the beach was outstanding — extremely attentive and proactive, always going the extra mile. The spa is small, but the treatment was exceptional and very relaxing. Although the check-in experience could have been smoother, everything else was well-executed. Definitely recommend.
