Saigon Dalat Hotel

Good location, good services, friendly staffs, nice view. On March 29, 2025 we had an early morning wedding photo shoot so we had to leave the hotel very early at 3am. The receptionist was very helpful in calling a cab to make sure we weren't late. After finishing the morning shoot we returned to the hotel at 10am and it was past breakfast time but when I called the hotel and asked for some fruit they prepared a real breakfast for us as shown below. Really professional and great customer service.

Good location Large and clean room Delicious breakfast and good choice of food Staffs are friendly and helpful However bathroom is a bit dark and the vibe is weird. I love bath but something about it makes me not taking a bath the whole stay and only quick shower. My husband saw a ghost one night standing in the doorway and the closet, that explains the weird vibe. Hence the 4 stars. The ghost overall doesnt do anything to you so don’t worry.

Staff seem to not have any interest in customers. Mostly focussed.on busloads of Chinese tourists which ruins an other wise potentially super hotel. It feels nice in terms of room furniture but run down in the lobby etc and that it is truly for.the mass market. It didn't match my expectations unfortunately but it's certainly not a bad place at all.
