I had a great time with my friends. The resort is beautiful. The building are nice, clean and brand new. Rooms have really nice bathrooms. The resort had barely opened and was still in soft opening as they were still finishing building and some other things. So we were almost the only people there and had the whole resort to ourselves. Service was really good. The food at the restaurant was good without being exceptional. I would take a half star off, because I didn't sleep well. The beds are way, way too soft for me. But overall, we had a good time and might come back.

This place offers a spacious and lovely stay, featuring a big house that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Located next to the beach, it provides easy access to stunning ocean views and relaxing seaside moments. The house itself is well-maintained, making it a suitable choice for large groups or families seeking a beach getaway. A standout aspect of the stay is the friendly and helpful maid, who enhances the experience with her welcoming attitude and assistance. She plays a key role in arranging meals, as the availability of nearby dining options is limited and guests often need to order food from outside. However, there are a few drawbacks. The beach area suffers from a noticeable amount of trash, which detracts from the natural beauty and can be disappointing. Additionally, there are some abandoned houses in the vicinity, affecting the overall atmosphere. Moreover, the price is quite high for what is offered. Considering the cost, there may be better options available that provide more value or a more pristine environment. While the accommodation itself is pleasant, the surrounding issues and the high cost may lead guests to explore other alternatives for their stay.

I really wanted to like this place because it is one of the few that allow pets near Vung Tao. However, the place is unfortunately not living up to its potential. Our garden was full of cigarette butts when we arrived. The beach was generally dirty, with garbage all around. I know the deal for stars in Vietnamese hotels, and this is far from a 4 stars. 2 stars would have been more realistic. It is really a pity that a place that could be a paradise in an incredible location is just not being taken care of.
