Saja Al Madinah Hotel

Staying in this hotel was a very good choice. We stayed in room 608 which had a great view and lots of space. The room service was also really good. They came daily to clean and restock whatever we needed and always got it done in record time. The distance from the hotel to the masjid was also very helpful as it was a roughly 2-3 minute walk. There are also lots of shops around the hotel whether that be food or general shopping all of which had good prices and good items. Overall would recommend.

We stayed at Saja Al Madinah in February 2025 for a week, and it truly ranks among the best hotels we’ve experienced in Madinah. From our room, we had a beautiful view of Mount Uhud and the main roads of the city. One of the most convenient features was the side exit, which opened directly into the grand street leading straight to Masjid of RasoolAllah (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Aalihi wa Sallam). It took barely 1–2 minutes to reach the ladies’ section of the mosque, an incredible blessing. Alhamdulillah. The hotel service was generally good, though we occasionally had to remind the housekeeping staff more than once for room cleaning. Still, considering it’s one of the older and more established hotels in the area, the overall comfort and experience made up for it. One thing I wouldn’t recommend, however, is including their breakfast in your package. The buffet doesn’t quite justify the price, you can easily find better, more affordable options at nearby food spots. Another plus was the availability of useful amenities right next door including laundry shops and a pharmacy. Bin Dawood and Taiba Center are just across the street, making shopping and errands incredibly convenient. If you’re able to spend a little more, I would highly recommend this hotel. The proximity to the mosque alone is worth every riyal. Would definitely stay here again.

Location: Distance: ~10-minute walk to the mosque. Advice for Less Walking: If you want to minimize walking inside the massive mosque complex, it's better to stay closer to a street near the mosque (since the mosque is huge, and 328 gates farther away require more walking). Pros: Staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with requests. Overall, the hotel seems good. Cons: There was a water leak issue during your stay.Despite multiple calls, the problem was not fixed while you were there.
