Sala Grand Tuy Hoa Hotel

pro: 1. the room view is amazing, the restroom wall is a huge glass - so you can look at the sea when you sit on the toilet. the view is amazing 2. nice location, cross the road and it's the beach. but beach so crowded. con: 1. the pool looks so fancy on the photo, but it's not a really borderless pool. and it's small. disappointed. 2. I had a king size bed but it's 2 twin bed put together (yeah it's common in vietnam), which is uncomfortable sometimes 3. The breakfast looks fancy but tastes so bad

Location is in an off area. We went on the days that were raining so it was gloomy and sad, not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is excellent. Room is spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoy the service here very much. Staff are nice, courteous. They bring you good night note to let you know of the next’s weather, chocolate, fruits, and dessert. Bed is very comfortable. We had a great night rest. Shower is amazing, clean, & the water is hot. The buffet has a lot of options. My only issue is the cafe downstairs. The drinks are expensive and I was asked for my drinks to be in to go cups but they turned out very little & the cups on the outside seemed dirty. Could be the person’s making the drinks but I don’t know. I didn’t expect the coffee to be only 6oz or so for 50k dong. Otherwise everything else is good. 4.5 stars!

The location and the beach pool and the beach is very good and clean. We have to wait nearly 2 hours to check in due to lack of manpower to clean the rooms. The breakfast restaurant is too narrow and very crowded, not enough tables, not well organised, waiting 15 minutes to get a cappuccino. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A 5 star hotel. Not recommend!
