Far far away from the far away land comes a place to sit down and enjoy. This is the place. The night entertainment guy is already Worth the trip, what a great show from a guy with a speaker . Amazing

Rooms and hotel are clean. Staff is pleasant. Food - poor variety of salads - mostly “make it yourself”. Not a lot of fruit only a fruit salad. Pool has tiles coming off. Massage was a joke - lady does not know how to do a massage - not sure I wanted to pay all that money for someone running lotion on my for 50 minutes 😂 At 9pm they decided to BLAST karaoke for 2 hours!! Across the whole hotel - we could hear it in all the bedrooms and could not talk at dinner cause it was so loud. They did nothing to reduce the music despite requests. Nice hotel but not a resort and need a lot of thought out into improving guest experiences for the cost.

The pools are great, and that's about the best part. I wouldn't bother with the massage, it's basically light as a feather so could really only be described as an overrated caress. The worst part is the planning of their activities. They booked some karaoke thing by the main entrance for the evening, and had it going full blast until 23:00. It could heard all over the hotel and there was no way to sleep through it. Calls to the front desk to ask them to at least lower the volume we answered with just "it will be over by 23:15"; absolutely no regards for guests that need to sleep at that hour.
