Sandals Montego Bay Adults Only

This was first trip to a Sandals resort. We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. I especially loved the entertainment each night. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I did, so that is something I will definitely look for in future travel resorts. The staff members were very courteous, helpful, and polite. We did appreciate the variety of restaurants at the resorts as well. I do wish there were more menu options for in-room dining for the times we just wanted to relax in our room and not go out to a restaurant. There was construction going on in a lot next to the resort (next to our building) that was bothersome at some times. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and the amenities that the resort had to offer. We will definitely be back for future Sandals vacations. Thank you for a wonderful trip for our first Sandals experience!

I will start with negative. Humidity is off the charts. Beds could be softer. Need more trash cans setup. Now positives. Entertainment was off the charts. One name we remember is Super Mario he was incredible. Made you feel welcome and appreciated. To the gal that did omelettes she called me Santa Clause she was great. To the lady that did the pastry, coffee shop she was great. All front desk ladies very helpful. Candle light dinner for our 50th anniversary was memorable. Blue Mountain Coffee on my can’t say enough.

Sandals Montego Bay is the flagship location, and they pride themselves on service! We traveled for our honeymoon and had THE BEST butlers (Dane and O'Shane). These guys communicate and stay on top of things you like. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a smile and they bring you drinks and food when you don't even realize you want it! Though the rooms are dated, the views were spectacular. Everyone we encountered, regardless of their station, were pleasant and ready to chat! When you come with cool vibes, you get cool vibes back! It was a perfect vacation, and we will 'soon come back'! If I could offer one major warning -that would be to bring ALL essentials including Pepto Bismol, cough drops, etc.
