Sandals Royal Caribbean All Inclusive Couples Only

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are already planning to return! I have to start off with recognizing the service. Staff at Sandals Royal Caribbean is absolutely top notch! We were fortunate to get to know Terrence the lifeguard during our stay who worked hard to keep the beach beautiful, and, more importantly, had a really refreshing perspective on life. Patring, our server for our candlelight dinner, was a joy! Mark, Princess, and Garfield at Bombay Club were also incredible. Karrette, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless throughout the duration of our stay. Every individual we interacted with was fantastic, but these specific individuals deserve special shoutouts and really contributed to a memorable trip! The setting was tranquil, the resort was not sprawling like others I had visited before but never felt crowded, and the room was gorgeous! The temperature was comfortable in the room, the bed was great, and our mini fridge was always well-stocked. We loved the ability to stay here and take a short shuttle to Sandals Montego Bay, and proximity to the airport was a plus. The views from the beach were stunning!! The concierge was helpful with making dinner reservations, and we appreciated the tour prior to being taken to our room. We really felt pampered throughout our trip and loved the resort.

What a magical place. Amazing views, staff, best food you've ever had. Just got back from having my honeymoon here and I couldn't recommend it more. Water sports were a lot of fun, too. Definitely recommend the swim up room.

This was our fourth Sandals resort visit and our third experience with a butler. While we always look forward to celebrating our anniversary at these resorts, our recent stay in Montego Bay didn't quite meet the high expectations set by our previous visits. We genuinely appreciate the butler service, as it greatly enhances our trips, making them both amazing and romantic. During our stay, we noticed there was no clear schedule of events, which led us to unintentionally stumble upon the silent party after dinner. We also encountered a small hiccup with our snorkeling excursion; unfortunately, we didn’t receive the boarding pass we needed. Additionally, we returned to our room without any surprises to celebrate our anniversary, which was a bit disappointing since past resorts have always shown such thoughtfulness. Usually, when we meet our butler, we are asked about our plans. However, this time we didn’t have that opportunity. We typically tip well, but this trip included a request for tips, which was a new experience for us. While some team members were friendly and approachable, we occasionally felt a general atmosphere that made us seem like a burden. On a positive note, the beach was gorgeous and is now my second favorite among all the places I've visited. We even decided to upgrade the couple we invited so they could enjoy the same experience, although it didn't quite match those of our previous visits. We truly appreciate the efforts made by the staff and hope to see improvements for future guests.
