We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—it’s truly kid-friendly and perfect for families. The staff were welcoming and very patient with children Navi and Navreen helped us a lot very polite and helpful. There were plenty of amenities that made our stay easier, including gym, Pool , kid-friendly meals, and spacious rooms that worked great for our family. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we felt very comfortable during our visit. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids!
A big thanks to Navi for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to assist my father with his booking, ensuring he had everything he needed and securing the best possible room for him over the phone. She's always very accommodating to any changes we make and does it all with the best attitude!
I recently checked into the Sandman Signature Edmonton South Hotel for a 3-night stay. And I must say that the customer service at the check-in desk was stellar! Anna, who was working at the desk during my check-in, went above and beyond! I have never seen anything like it! Coming from Toronto, where I have stayed at a multitude of hotels, you would be lucky to get an enthusiastic hello. It is begrudging at best! Anna greets you as if you are long long-lost friend, reuniting for the first time in years! Anna was genuinely pleasant and cheerful. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable, and quite in tune with what was required to welcome out-of-town travelling guests! However, the hotel and amenities leave a lot to be desired. The room was not the greatest with stains on all of the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom). Lacklustre room in terms of the decor and cleanliness. But Anna offered to relocate me to another room that was more visually appealing. Unfortunately, it was the same type of decor and cleanliness scenario. The hotel needs work but this review was more about the customer service offered by Anna at the front desk. I wish all who stay at this location would have the distinct pleasure of dealing with Anna.
