Sands Suites Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at the Sands Suites Resort & Spa in Mauritius. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and offer a stunning view of the ocean – truly a highlight! The bathroom is excellent as well: modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast is the same every day, but it leaves nothing to be desired – a wide selection, high quality, and a great start to the day. In the evenings, the hotel hosts weekly changing themed dinners with delicious food and plenty of variety. There’s truly something for everyone. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the spa – professional service, a calm setting, and a wide range of treatments. The beach is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. We recommend wearing water shoes when going into the sea, as there are some rocks and corals. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel!

The food was another highlight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to every taste, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The quality and presentation were consistently impressive. What truly sets Sands Resorts apart is the range of activities included. We enjoyed snorkelling right off the beach, glass-bottom boat trips, and paddle boats — all provided at no extra cost. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Overall, Sands Resorts delivered an unforgettable experience. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and thoroughly entertained. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mauritius!

What an amazing place it was my first time in Mauritius booked to celebrate my birthday and everything was just impeccable from the staff to the management. The resort is located in the west coast in Flic en Flac where you experience one of the best sunsets. The whole team so professional and kind special shoutout to our waiter Asgal and their resident manager Laurent very professional and attentive to detail.The ambiance at the property is brilliant very ideal place to celebrate special occasions in a unique style. The breakfast buffet is awesome plenty of options to choose from. Also they offer free water activities as you get to enjoy the beautiful island. Definitely will come back!
