We're currently being kept waiting because the reception has a ridiculous contract with a tourism company. We've been kept waiting so long that they've offered us their special corporate tea. This is how the hotel's stream...
We water so long at the rezeption the rooms are old and dirty.. We are not recomemding to come here
We stayed in the suite room and it was decent, but the air conditioning was barely working. The foods in the restaurant is also great. BUT hotel service was terrible! especially the male servicemen. We had to wake up 2 AM for the hot air balloon, put up the do not disturb sign, and the guy was knocking at our doors when delivering room service to another room. other friends from our group also had the same experience. Other male servicemen from the restaurant barely did anything, neither do they help with your cutlery and table clearing request. probably bunch of owners' nephews
