Excelent location, service and structure. A overall, but not the Plus, missing towels services for the bubble glamping and at least small coffee maker for te, etc. At the room. Everithing else A!

Service for towels 5 hours wait room got deactivated Another hassle nobody knows nothing make your drive all the way to the front. They don’t pick up the phone at the receptionist no communication. Had to go three times to ask him for towels 10 minutes. 10 minutes and nothing became five hours. Wait time. A lot of ants in room Hundreds of ants

Complaint to Hotel Management Subject: Urgent Concerns During Stay at Santa Fe Hotel Villa Dear Santa Fe Hotel Villa Management, I am currently staying at your property and would like to bring several concerns to your attention. •   Upon arrival, we were told our villa would be ready, but it had not been cleaned. Because of this, we had to change rooms, which was inconvenient, even though we were later upgraded. •   The pool was not clean when we arrived. •   The shower head in my bathroom is not functioning properly. •   The air conditioning does not work in two of the three bedrooms. •   The outdoor fan by the pool area does not work sufficiently. •   At the front desk, we were told food would be included, but when we followed up, we were informed it was not. While we appreciate the late checkout granted, the number of issues has made our stay less comfortable than expected. I kindly request that these matters be addressed promptly. Sincerely, Niulka Almanzar NEVER RESPONDED! The hotel did allow us to leave later than normal, which was considerate, but overall the property needs much better maintenance and consistency in communication. This place has potential, but improvements are definitely needed for future guests to have a better experience. I forgot to mention NO Hot water til last day there and because complained , phone in villa also was not working and when message from cell , No Response. I must also add that there was ONLY ONE competent employees at the front desk, who assisted us on the day we came in, but was actually off on the following day by the name of John . ALL others look like kids working who didn’t know anything . Personally would not return due to poor communication , poor service , and the lack of care after paying . Many options in the Dominican Republic to consider before this location .
