First of all, I’d like to thank the regular staff at the resort for their hospitality during our stay — my family of nine truly appreciated it. However, this review is specifically about the outdated facilities and the surprisingly low standards set by the management team for what is labeled a 5-star resort. Many doors throughout the property, including both front and bathroom doors, were in poor condition — issues that could have easily been addressed with routine maintenance. What shocked us most was the resort allowing guests to sing karaoke at the pool using large external speakers. The pool is located right next to the villas, and the noise affected not just us, but likely the entire resort on that Saturday night. When we raised the issue, the receptionist said this was permitted under the resort’s gala dinner policy. Still, the lack of a proper event space doesn’t justify disrupting the peaceful atmosphere for everyone. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to friends or family, and we definitely won’t be returning. It’s unfortunate that poor management overshadowed what could have been a great experience.
