we stayed 2 nights at this hotel in June 2022. The hotel organised a pick up from airport was very easy to conect with the driver. The check in was amazing, with very friendly service. It is super nice 4 star hotel in Nha Trang with very clean rooms, nice staff. They has a outdoor swimming pool is large, view look city view and sea view and refresh atmosphere. We hope that we could get back with the new normal and still the best hotel in town. The staff are so warm, helpful and accommodating. They are genuinely caring. They really went out of their way to meet our needs. After we check out they lent us a room to freshen up in before our 10h00 PM flight to Hanoi. wonderfull, We couldn'd ask for better service. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and it had everything you need. We didn’t have breakfast included since there are many cafes around. Once the lift to the breakfast room opened and it was just so messy. Full of people and loud. In the rest of the hotel it was very quiet. The lobby does not look like on the picture. But the rooms do. They are really worth the money.
