Rooms were nice and clean with a lovely view however the Bed was very firm to sleep on, waking up with a sore back. Walls were thin, i can hear people outside the hallway and people snoring next door easily. The hallway heavily smells with smoke. Front of desk service not welcoming and rude when inquiring about local activities or checking in. No one to help with luggage to the rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much variety. I inquired about laundry service to see if they can wash and clean a standard load of washing by the kg instead of per item and the laundry service lady said yes. On checkout, laundry fee was 1,100,00 dong compared to an average 200-300,000 dong standard load in other hotel resorts I stayed at. They charged per items which is not what I agreed. Charging 1,100,000 dong for laundry for a standard load of washing is excessive and outrageous. My overall experience I would definitely choose another hotel resort based on service alone.
The hotel is very ordinary, the beds are very firm and uncomfortable with an oversized base making them difficult to get in and out. There is no bar or coffee shop facility, the restaurant is only open for breakfast. There is good sized balcony of rooms but no seats or tables. The fridges in the rooms are not cold. The staff and atmosphere of the hotel is not as friendly or as accomodating as others we have been to. There was a small bar and pool on the roof which would have been lovely if it were open.
There toilet come with a small mirror. While Im trying take the mirror closer to me the mirror drop from the wall even with screw. The mirror has been pushing in and out many times ( because I can see there’s a scratch from the wall) . When I check out, the staff write the 1,300,000 on a paper n insist me to pay 1,300,000vnd for a broken mirror. I tell them I’m not paying any single sen, because this is not my fault. The hotel is not well maintained can see that it has been many years. Reception said I should inform in 15min after checked in. I tell them I went to massage in the hotel , after 1 hour only go in to the toilet, how can I expect the mirror drop down with SCREW? After talking with the hotel staff , she said management ask me to pay 630,000VND. End up my Tourguide settle with hotel(tour company pay) 1.the way reception talking with me is very rude. 2. I refuse to pay is because , this is not my fault. The things is not well maintained.
